Better now than Later

Havent we all been in this situation before. The new staff member, the one we really did expect a lot from, has just resigned – just after 6 months in the saddle?

What can we do to avoid this? Here is a Company who has taken a different and rather bold path, but i am sure this is a way towards succes.

    What a trully, original idea!

    When you first hear of it you think: “They must be out of their mind!”.

    But when you hear the reasoning behind it, and spend just 10 seconds thinking about it, it makes so much sense it’s silly.
