It was a cold and early morning (well, it could have started like that – but honestly, it was quite nice morning). I had made a decision to bring Nikita to a new place, our special surprise – and we were on the way by train to a city in Denmark called Billund.
Billund, is a tiny and in most cases a complete invisible town in Jutland here in Denmark, there would have had no importance if it wasn’t the capital of Lego and Legoland where our trip today was headed.
It took us two hours by train and bus from Odense, but when we were entering the place – you would not be able to imagine the surprise on Nikita’s face, since I had decided not to tell him in advance.
Legoland – Is a land of surprise around every colourful corner, lively music, both whimsical and astonishingly accurate Lego brick models and a chance to let everyone’s imagination run free. Legoland puts the “fun” in family trips with something geared towards every family member, and dozens of things to enjoy together – even if we were just two boys on the loose.
I won’t even try to write all the actions that we did experience, I would suggest that you log into our image gallery, and see what kind of actions going on. I can only tell you that it was a very tired and happy child I brought home to Odense – and we really had a nice trip there.
